My practices primarily focuses is representing business bankruptcy estates – both Chapter 7 trustees and Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession. I specialize in the representation of small to mid-size closely-held companies, but have also been involved in large, complex bankruptcy cases. I often represent individual owners of large companies that are in bankruptcy. Some of the larger cases I've been involved in include In re Action Auto Rental, Inc., In re Hough Bakeries, Inc. and In re Geo.
